@tomfgoodwin i mean, i applaud them for trying to build this, and i’m sure its not easy. but it doesn’t live up to the hype. looking forward to it getting better.
yea, that’s fair. prompt isn’t super clear. but i’m using gpt 5.6 luna high (which is really cheap) for this, with the same prompt, and it’s getting it right 999/1000 times. i was sort of hoping it’d be a drop-in replacement for luna on these types of tasks, but it looks like it’ll require a prompt tweak or two
unfortutely, not getting usable results from my testing of Jev. it fails on pretty straightforward tasks like the below:
I sent this unchanged, single-candidate request **three times live**. Jev incorrectly returned `match` twice and correctly returned `no_match` once. Its confidence was low, so this is an inconsistent rule-following failure, not a confident wrong answer.

Cheryl cannot match the initial L under the stated rule, and the mortgage company is not another matching person.

@pyewaw@PalmerLuckey@paulg because you think both of their arguments are bad, or because you don’t think rich and powerful people should be arguing in public?
