@tfwrail absolutely infuriating that we arrived at Cardiff Queen St to catch train home with 3 young kids, to be told "we closed at 4.30". Funny that the app says 10pm and is still showing trains as departing from Queen St. We've had an hour extra wait to get home 😡

@Morrisons I just paid via self service in one of your stores but the scanner wouldn't read my More card on the app, is there a way I can add these points on? Really annoyed as it was a big shop and I missed out on the more card prices too 😒

@tfwrail just had ticket inspection at Barry, might be an idea to ask inspectors not to wait literally at the foot of the steps to check this, and to give passengers space to step down, move and retrieve tickets instead of causing a pile up on the stairs

@AsdaServiceTeam how am I supposed to get this security lock off? Online shopping order, delivery driver couldn't remove it, told me I couldn't return it as your system is down. He told me to just rip it off but it doesn't come off. So I have a £10 tub of milk I can't get into...

@GWRHelp So no guaranteed help then, no probs if not I'll just lay my baby on the floor whilst I collapse the pram, heave it on board and find somewhere to stow it then retrieve my luggage and do the same 👍🏻

@GWRHelp hello, I'm due to travel Cardiff - London next month on my own with a 5 month old baby, am I able to book assistance getting on the train with my pram and luggage? I won't be able to fold the pram + carry that onboard + stow it all with a baby in my arms on my own!

@tfwrail This is really disappointing, why make it so difficult for a parent to travel solo with a baby?! I'm not quite sure how I can fold a pram up with a baby in my arms then heave it on the train with my luggage as well?! What happens if there's no space to store the pram too?

@tfwrail I'm due to travel on my own with my 5 month baby from Cardiff - Colchester, is there any way of reserving a space for my pram? Not sure how I'll be able to fold a pram whilst holding my baby and managing my luggage on my own, ideally I need the pram up for my baby's naps

@RoyalMailHelp I was due a delivery today from @BootsUK, only it didn't arrive. However I've just checked the tracking and it states it was delivered - but the confirmation photo shows another package that was delivered. How on earth am I supposed to locate my Boots package?!

@tfwrail I've just been charged twice for my train ticket (Barry to Cardiff), the machine took a long time processing the transaction so I'm not sure if there was a glitch or something but my banking app shows I've been charged twice. How do I get a refund for the second charge?
