🚨Gujarat Exploitation League: Not Banking, But Colonial Extraction🚨

This is not Gujarat #RRB Premier League.
This is a #Gujarat_Exploitation_League, run under the sponsored-bank mindset of @bankofbaroda.

Branches are still struggling after Finacle migration.
Many rural branches are running with single-man staff.
Systems fail daily. Customers shout. Compliance pressure is crushing.

Yet every week a new insurance campaign is launched, ignoring ground reality completely.

❌ Is insurance now the core business of a bank?
The last quarter of the financial year is meant for:
• Deposit mobilisation
• Credit growth
• Agriculture & MSME lending

That is banking. But Bank of Baroda driven management is obsessed with insurance pushing, because:
• Deposits don’t give commission
• Loans don’t give perks
• Insurance gives fee income, rewards, celebrations, and hidden benefits
Staff get pressure. Management gets parties.

❓Who really benefits?
Not customers.
Not rural borrowers.
Not exhausted bankers.

Beneficiaries sit in air-conditioned regional and zonal offices, far away from:
• Broken systems
• Staff shortages
• Customer anger
• Audit fear
• Mental burnout
This is extraction, not leadership.

❌ Single-man branches + broken systems + “100% targets”
One staff member is expected to:
• Handle cash
• Handle customers
• Fix Finacle errors
• Manage compliance
• Sell insurance aggressively

This is not performance.
This is institutional exploitation.

❌ Colonial mindset is alive in RRBs: British rulers left India, but their colonial mindset lives on in sponsored banks. RRBs are treated like:
• Sales colonies
• Commission factories
• Target laboratories

Not as banks meant to serve rural India. This mindset will destroy RRBs from within.

❌ Consent letters under fear are not consent, When:
• 100% branch participation is mandatory
• 100% renewal ratio is expected
• Campaigns never stop
Then “consent” becomes coercion, not choice. Paper compliance cannot hide moral failure.

❓Direct questions for authorities:
Why insurance campaigns every week when:
1. Core banking systems are unstable?
2. Staff shortages are officially acknowledged?
3. Deposits and loans, the real banking business, are ignored?
4. Commission benefits of decision-makers are never audited?
5. Banker burnout is rising silently?

🚨Final truth:
This is not motivation.
This is not strategy.
This is organized pressure from the top and suffering at the bottom.

RRBs will not collapse financially first they will collapse ethically and institutionally.

And responsibility will lie with sponsored bank governance, not field staff.
