Learn to listen. People want to be heard. To feel that their voice matters. Give them a listening ear. Show them that in the chaos of this world, someone is concerned and can empathize with them, free from judgment. Be that person for someone. Show your ability to care.
At a certain point you just get tired of your own acts. you have to force yourself to meditate, workout, eat mindfully and read the books to form a routine that gives you a sense of happiness within yourself again. it’s exhausting i know, but you gotta keep fighting for yourself
all of us, every single one of us, without exception, are trying to figure out the meaning of our lives and the why behind it all. all of us are just trying our best, in our own way, to make sense of it all.
