@WhatsApp@wa_status all my linked devices got logged out, and I can't log them back in. I have tried all the solutions listed on the WhatsApp website, but so far, it's not working. Where can I get help with this?
@foundmyfitness Not surprised at all, as @DrMJoyner always says, reduce your caloric intake and move more, exercise at least a half hour per day, I have seen people’s A1C go from >12 to <6 in 6-8 months.
@DrMJoyner@Maratosflier@benryanwriter Tracking calories in & out, never letting myself get hungry, sticking to a simple food + workout plan, and guidance from @DrMJoyner helped me lose 180 lbs and keep it off.
Resting HR < 40, BP normal.
~20 (ex) obese friends did the same—weight loss was predictable to the week.
@TomMihaljevicMD@ClevelandClinic I agree with everything that you wrote, you just forgot to mention the great leadership at @ClevelandClinic, great leadership and great teams make the best Hospitals.
I bought a Sole TT8 in 2009. @DrMJoyner suggested that I increase the incline rather than the speed. The incline stopped working, so @SoleTreadmills replaced it under their Lifetime warranty. If you want a reliable treadmill, @SoleTreadmills is the way to go.
As of today, high titer certified COVID-19 Convalescent Plasma is available in the USA from an @US_FDA licensed supplier. To physicians out there - here is the way to order it for your patients.

@mackinprof@jksequoia@DrMJoyner Reducing calorie intake and increasing exercise will get you lean and healthier.
I was obese most of my life and I’m sub 15% Body fat now, follow @DrMJoyner Haiku.
@DrMJoyner@mackinprof@BeardsofBC @ScottWrightMD @cwiggs5@jwsenefeld@ShohamTxID I count my caloric intake and caloric expenditure and I lost almost half my Body weight, I do resistance training 3 times per week, cardio (HIIT, 4 minute intervals, 1 min intervals and steady state zone 3-4) 3 times per week, my body fat % is at around 15% (@DexaFit).
@DrMJoyner@stevemagness I do 7 cycles of 4 Minutes on and 3 minutes off. I do it on a treadmill, so I do 4 minutes at 7.4 mph, followed by 3 minutes at 4.1 mph. At the end of each four-minute interval, my HR is slightly higher than the previous interval, but I still follow the no-bend-over rule.
@DrMJoyner@DrAndyGalpin slowly added resistance training, and changed the cardio to intervals, my last BMR test @DexaFit was 100 calories more than any online calculator thanks to additional muscle mass.

After losing 180 pounds over 19 months, by following @DrMJoyner advise, I found this to be true and a good long term solution, I manage my calorie intake, a minimum of 0.7 g of protein per KG of Body weight, started of with steady state cardio 4 times a week,
