@EE Okay. No joy. Have you got a different number for someone who won't keep pointing me to my 'personal deal'? I can't upgrade to a better service which seems silly when I could as a new customer... it seems my price AND service are fixed and I can't change either!
Broadband renewal nightmare at Christmas! I've given up moving from @BT to @EE now. I've gone in circles for weeks, with a cancelled order (post activation date) and the only way to transfer easily is to pay £20pm over the odds for the same product? Not impressed at all... 🤬
@EE I've done this. Multiple times. It just isn't possible as my 'personal deal' is the only one available. No other choices. So unless you can override your system to let me choose what everyone else can, i.e. un-personalise it, I'm stuck.

@bt_uk So, we still have a problem with our landline (which you caused), we’ve called you, raised a complaint, waited for you to call us, then you cancel. Many times. When will someone fix this, please?
@DellCares You misunderstand - this is an invoice issue and nothing to do with a specific machine. We have paid for it, you are demanding payment with greater menace. We would like this to stop. Your account managers, credit control or online financials don’t respond.
@dellUK Please, please, please can you sort yourselves out on your accounts side? Your customer service is woeful and we are trapped in and endless spiral of trying to contact the relevant Dell people who are ignoring everything. We have no response from any account manager…
@m00min The raging MP shouting at the BBC for it being ‘out of touch’ can’t quite see the irony that those who have flags displayed like this aren’t exactly ‘in touch’ with most people in this land. What fuels all this faux anger - it’s truly unpatriotic.
@SoreenHQ what’s happened to the malt loaf? It’s gone all square which doesn’t sit well with my OCD. It should be rectangular - square is only acceptable when you squash it when trying to saw it through...
@GWRHelp Wife received an incredibly threatening letter today from your colleagues in revenue protection. There's no option to appeal and it's actually not true. Is there a way to contact someone to resolve it so they don't look so stupid? Have the ticket and payment evidence.
