I subscribe to The Economist and the interview between Beddoes and Musk in full is very interesting. An hour and ten minutes long it delves into complex matters, and for a long time there is a lot of elucidation and agreement and then quite suddenly Zanny is somewhat childishly rude: ‘you know you are loathed’ You can see that hit him, coming out of nowhere and to someone who was bullied as a child, (so unlike the highly privileged Minton Beddoes) he childishly replied that she, and her ilk were hated too, which is true, but he would not have brought that up. What a shame it all was.
I felt it was because ZannyMB felt EMusk was doing rather well and she was agreeing that perhaps her progressive following might not be amused so she attacked. Silly. Insensitive.
After all The Economist had masses to gain from this interview, a generous scoop; massive click bait for expensive subscriptions. Elon not so, he could easily remain aloof, keep his following instead of trying to explain things and being so compliant, certainly not for a fee!, so for the host to be so blatantly rude was an error.
But it was a good interview overall and very worth watching, despite all the hysteria over the hate spat! If you know someone with a sub they can gift it to five people.

Let reality sink in … why the Law has to distinguish biological Sex for safeguarding and fairness, not for feelings of gender, as sad as that maybe for some, for the majority - it is essential:
Of the total prison population of around 88,000 in England and Wales about 96% are male and roughly 4% are female.
Vulnerabilities: Data indicates that female prisoners have disproportionately higher rates of mental health issues and histories of self-harm, often stemming from past trauma.
The law as it now stands, must be guided by sex not gender. Because sex is real.

When an ideology like identity politics loses its sense of humor, it replaces wit with bureaucracy, anonymous blacklists, and HR codes.
