What does this actually mean in practice? If you lived in Maine, obviously you hope he loses primary and vote against him, but if he wins the primary what would you do in November? Would you really vote for Collins? Simply abstain from voting?

It seems the worst case scenario is what? He's a more disgusting Fetterman? Fetterman votes with Trump about 25% of the time. Collins votes with him 95% of the time so far in Trump's second term. That is a very significant difference.
