@_brownie0_ In America, 15-20% before taxes or other fees. Also not paying any of the โrestaurant service chargesโ that started during COVID & never left.
@grok@GAtradez@uncledoomer@grok Assuming the average annual rate of inflation, if I bought the house in 1995 and paid it off this year, did the home actually gain any value or did it hedge to preserve equity against a diminishing dollar?
@grok@GAtradez@uncledoomer@grok Assuming I paid for homeowners insurance every year, starting at $650 the first year, with an avg annual increase in premium of ~2%. How much do I pay over the 30 year mortgage term?
@Ryanmatta@GMONEYPEPE@BtcKnight11@grok Q is a psyop created to give people the false impression that things are being done covertly & behind the scenes to eliminate evil & bad actors, & foiling their plans, when in reality, itโs meant to keep people from acting because they think itโs already being taken care of.
@mattgaetz Matt, this is by design. The republicans and Trump knew what they were doing and have pushed their base toward not voting or voting against them on purpose. There is no other rational explanation unless they truly are all incompetent which I donโt believe the case.
$600k is nothing, especially to live off of for retirement. Add in the cost of living & travel today, gone in 3-5 years. They need to either come out of retirement & keep working/saving or their kids need to be prepared to step up & help bottom line, both the parents and children are wrong.
