@brokep I really think the three of you embody three different branches in the subscene. If that movie was made by Netflix today, it would have been a Tiger King killer.
@JacobOracle Is this supposed to be trading volume - from where? If including questionable exchanges, a lot of that btc-usdt volume is equally questionable. Also, for various reasons, there is more automated bot trading on USDT markets. Still, I get USD 40% of USDT, and USDC bigger than GBP.
@sonsofsatoshi@nicksdjohnson Should a forum or subreddit mod not remove messages? It's not inconsistent to push for solutions where central authorities like Twitter or government moderating globally does not exist, while asking a particular moderator to remove certain content on their forum.
@nicksdjohnson No, since (depends on jurisdiction ofc) you're not off the hook of tax fraud for ignorance - meaning you can break the law without being aware of it. In my book deception requires intent while tax fraud does not.
@nicksdjohnson No example but: Fraud (/varieties of) are legally defined, deception is not. So depends on your jurisdiction and where your "deception" boundaries fall.
For one, you can be held liable for tax fraud without conscious deception or omission of facts.
