What a fun morning we have had with Year 2 in our History lesson! Debating which monarch was the most powerful? William the Conqueror? Bad King John? Elizabeth I? We decided to crown ourselves and discuss what we would do if we were in charge! @ArkCurriculum
After school clubs have begun and we offer a full range of clubs for our pupils.

Our children all earn House points. This year we've started displaying the house point winner each week outside of our school. The first winner for the school year is Air!
We hope all of our pupils are enjoying their first week back at school. This week we have welcomed our new Reception children to school. Our children have really enjoyed exploring and getting to know their beautiful classroom.

I was lucky to be sent an extra copy of “Ferris” by #KateDiCamillo from @WalkerBooksUK
It is a truly lovely family story, rich in character and love. It made me smile and laugh and cry in equal measure. Fantastic writing.

Our girls joined in with this today and we had a staggering 50 girls playing football on our village green.
@Lionesses thank you for inspiring us!
Emma's kitchen created a special World Book Day themed lunch. Our pupils loved the mudburgers and snozzcumber salad, but especially loved Bruce Bogtrotter's chocolate cake ♥️
Our pupils thoroughly enjoyed World Book Day today and came wearing accessories to depict their class book. @MichaelRosenYes our youngest pupils went on a bear hunt. Sadly we could not find any bears!
