@vandykid95 I feel like there would be a lot more understanding and less animosity between the civilian and the police if both parties were more familiar with each other which could reduce violent interactions and just general fear that many people experience

@vandykid95 It seems to me cops are accountable to cops more than the communities they are meant to serve. I think a positive move for policing in general could be to allow the public and community to have more of a say in accountability for actions of police and who actually polices them
