@sumanthraman @gsaimukundhan May be soon, u will realise that market avg doesn't work. It's the capability of the person. I see 15 yr exp guys who can't design a simple system and I see 4 yr exp guys doing better than 15. It's the type of team which decides success.

@Natha_Pee Religion doesn't mean belief in God. It means belief in design. And that design gives morals. So all athiests following those morals indirectly or unknowningly follow that design. It's just that they don't want to acknowledge it, hence being atheist is a misplaced statement.
