@LoganPaul Did they ban you form the flag football game? Honestly you are much more likely to get hurt in that via hamstring pull than boxing those guys
@CFBChuckk Yes, a 145lb boxer can easily ko a 200lb man, especially when the skill level is drastically different and if the heavier man gasses, which didnt happen with logan but likely would with bell as he gassed against hall in only 4 rounds
@CFBChuckk Both logan and bells opponents "trained boxing" for their matches, but neither of them have beaten an actual trained boxer. Logan is the only one that has fought an actual boxer.
@CFBChuckk Both logan and leveon have experience in boxing and are athletic. Based on watching both of them box i would slightly lean towards logan. I dont think leveon would have done as well against floyd and may not have even survived
@CFBChuckk That makes no sense. IF theyre only trained in bjj he would obviously beat them in boxing. If were talking in bjj sure, there would be guys that could beat him since thats their specialty. It all comes down to specificity. Youre best at what you train.
@LoganPaul@LeVeonBell@BreidenFehoko Did any of you actually watch leveons last fight? He looked great in the first but then struggled the last few against a guy with barely any boxing experience. I think it would be close early and leveon might even have an advantage, but Logan could take over in the later rounds

@LoganPaul@LeVeonBell@BreidenFehoko Convince them to let you you fight player. I want to see you "Whoop that trrick". People still dont realize the athletic prowess and talent of the paul brothers.
@bryan_johnson I would argue hrv is more important. You can have a very low rhr if you are an athlete that does a lot of conditioning for example, but a low hrv from being overtaxed and under recovered at the same time.
@calleymeans I think the new guidelines are great minus one part. The emphasis on eating saturated fat rich foods such as butter and red meat. There is clear evidence that these foods are linked with worse health outcomes. These foods will also lead to more than10 percent calories from SF
