@leebrill @NUCLRGOLF This was my view. All these purists whining about using these rules for handicap rounds - why should they care? Someone playing by these rules will score better and receive an (inaccurately) lower handicap. Which only hurts that player in the long run.

…you never witnessed firsthand multiple people “using razor blades” to cut their lips to get a quicker nicotine fix from dip. Those stories are 100% apocryphal - similar to the stories that manufacturers were injecting fiberglass into dip.

It never happened. If you indeed saw one individual cutting their lip, all of their friends, and distant acquaintances, would have been dissuaded from making the same mistake by the horrific pain and resulting infections.
