@lauren_uhlrich Lauren, with recent changes and increased awareness about disparities in the workplace, it will be interesting to witness advancements made in the next year. The industry is in a period of transition, between previous gender stereotypes and reform.

Fair point about the target consumers for a company. Still, it is challenging for a brand to have authority over who qualifies as their consumers. Ex: Lululemon is taking initiatives to combat racism, although this problem will not be resolved with their consumers.
