@Kaylee68594080 I do not believe its a question of these companies wanting to because at this point I do not believe they have options. Consumers of color and employees of color expect these changes within companies, and they can see through the brand activism. #PRAD334debate #EthicalPRAD

I believe that companies and corporations are genuine in their DE&I efforts. In "As big corporations say ‘black lives matter,’ their track records raise skepticism" article, they give multiple examples of how these corporations are committed to DE&I #PRAD334Debate #EthicalPRAD
