I definitely agree with Marion’s point that there is a lot of ignorance amongst white colleagues, and they can be unaware of how it affects their BIPOC colleagues. This is applicable to white students/professors in college/university settings as well #prad356

I believe that companies and corporations are genuine in their DE&I efforts. In "As big corporations say ‘black lives matter,’ their track records raise skepticism" article, they give multiple examples of how these corporations are committed to DE&I #PRAD334Debate #EthicalPRAD

Participating in a twitter debate for #PRADEthics class about companies PR/AD agencies and diversity, equity and inclusion. I was assigned to argue that the way they are doing it is #UnethicalPRAD OR #EthicalPRAD.
