An injectable small molecule targeting the same pathways as Retatrutide: GLP-1, GIP, and Glucagon with an ultra long half-life (up to one month, YTBD for certain) relative to current GLP-1s.

It uses an upgraded Albumin binder/linker relative to the current pharmaceutical industry standard that generally results in a half-life of 5-7 days.

Its binding affinity for GLP-1, GIP, and the Glucagon receptor is around >20x higher than that of Retatrutide, allowing for extremely small doses.

It is completely novel, so if Eli Lilly doesn’t like it, they can go to hell.

It will eventually become available in a pill form in all likelihood, and will be an absolute game changer, blowing both Orforglipron (oral) and Retatrutide (injectable) out of the water. This will crush obesity in the vast majority of people who have it, improve lifespan and nutrient partitioning, and drive Eli Lilly crazy (one of the best possible outcomes🙂).
