If the concern was truly for students and their well-being, then why were queries raised on a process that they themselves had followed for years without any objection?

If this was not a deliberate attempt to delay the process, then what is?

Our intent is transparent. The elected government had already sent the proposal for relaxation, and now the Hon’ble Chief Minister @OmarAbdullah Sb has sent a proposal to the Chairman, JKPSC, to postpone the exams.

All that is required is for them to act without any further delay!

At this eleventh hour, we aspirants feel completely helpless. Whether it’s the elected government, the Leader of the Opposition, or the LG,,none of them are stepping forward to help us. MLAs from Jammu, MLAs from Kashmir…no one is speaking for us. With less than 24 hours left, everyone seems busy playing their dirty politics while we aspirants are breaking down under unbearable stress, anxiety, and fear.
Students outside the region can’t even reach their exam centres because of fare hikes and flight cancellations. And if our elected representatives,,be it the government, the Opposition, or the LG cannot stand with us in this moment of misery, then why were they chosen? If they cannot grant age relaxation, if they cannot postpone the exam, then what are they there for? They can’t secure our future, but they are certainly capable of destroying it for their political interests.

If the Hon’ble Chief Minister had already sent the file after approval, there was absolutely no reason for any further queries. What was considered correct for the last many years remains correct today. The CM has categorically stated that the exams should have been postponed.

Instead of indulging in petty politics in this dual power centre, LOP Sunil Sharma should use his energy to exert pressure on Lok Bhawan.

Its simple and clear:
1.Relaxation must be granted.
2.Exams must be postponed.

This is the unanimous view of the elected government and every single person in the National Conference.

Anything beyond this from anyone else is a lie or mere whataboutery.

Chief Minister expressed deep concern over the travel chaos caused by the ongoing airline issues, compounded by the uncertainty resulting from Lok Bhavan’s delay in approving age relaxation, a provision granted multiple times in the past. He urged JKPSC to take note of the unprecedented stress on aspirants and consider postponing the exam in the interest of fairness and equal opportunity for all.
