You are even saying he enabled FSD through the screen so he accepted the terms but there was no such screen to accept anything as it was enabled via OBD port.

@davidmcnerney @bartosz @Tesla Tesla is not the police and the judge. There are laws. They refuse to bring the car back to spec after inspection and have removed a purchased feature which is illegal. There are many clips of people misusing FSD in US. Why doesn’t Tesla ban all these users?

Then it will not be fair and US will introduce tarrifs while expecting Europe to stay at 0%? If you don’t have products that Europe needs then that’s what will happen. That’s why tarrifs are not flat.

@Kendragnes @TiadaZios @589bull10000 So how would having 0% tarrifs on Chevy make Europeans buy a car they don’t like? On the other hand US will buy more BMW as it will be become cheaper. Why would BMW open a factory in US to avoid the tarrifs when they are 0%?

@WarClandestine So in other words US started the war and now they abandon their allies that they dragged into it, unless they get Ukraine’s minerals.
Maybe focus first to stop the war that US started instead of trying to exploit Ukrainian people even more?
