@EE I haven’t got it yet, I need my old sim reactivated. I haven’t got another phone to call customer service and WiFi calling isn’t working. How do I resolve this? As I don’t currently have a working phone.

@marksandspencer I purchased some Raspberries which have a sell by date of Monday 30th December. I have gone to eat them and they are mouldy. Please can you advise the next steps.

@marksandspencer I purchased these strawberries on Thursday. I went to eat earlier and I notice they are mouldy. This is the third time in a matter of weeks. I purchase my fruit from M&S due to your quality but currently it’s not up to your usual standard.
