I learned blender just to make this feature film. Took me around 3 months to get a handle on the basics, the rest was figuring it out in pre-production. Production, I had a pretty comfortable handle on it.

ok so about 5-6 hours in godot, here i am render wise it's amazing.

Physics is so much easier as it's a built in feature, you can also bake lighting on the go as you design your scene, it's fun to play with it

The 3 Coolest Things I saw at #Siggraph this year:

1. Nvidia's DLSS Denoiser in Blender
This makes Cycles basically real-time. Meaning 3d artists can create with almost zero latency. Not yet available to the public, but it's expected to make it into a future Blender release.
