We have come full circle in this ID course and now have yet another hat to add to our roles as teachers. We may not always have all the answers but our toolbox continues to grow! #IDTiPs
Building CoPs allows for expert collaboration that can extend over years as opposed to a one time PD session. Learn more in this video with available links #IDTiPs Creating Communities of Practice Long Version - YouTube https://t.co/dqhemHv7w5
Blended learning in the earliest years of school may work as an option for parents who understand they will need to be the facilitator in learning for their child at home (Teachers can offer initial support). This takes dedication and is not something all parents can do. #IDTiPs

@tiffmacneil I like this graphic and how it uses the word ‘prefers.’ Though learning styles may be a myth, it doesn’t mean we learn the same way either. Thanks for sharing!

@KbitEdTech Thanks for sharing this video. It clearly illustrated the steps and I liked the common mistakes discussed. I do wonder about his suggestion to not share formal objectives with the audience (students). Would it not be good to have them know the specifics of the expectation?
@JdeViller13 It is a new idea to me, too, but I love it! I still think there is value to specific goals as well, but how empowering and motivating these fuzzy goals would be for students!

The Media Debate. Though I see some truth to both sides, as presented in this article, if I have to pick a side, I stand with McLuhan, because I’ve got to have hope that the time, energy and resources being put in technology is well spent! https://t.co/1TwHhrsckW…#IDTiPs
