I live in iuptown New Orleans. A large chunk of my property taxes goes to the Orleans Levee District. Which in turn is now paying a LOT of police along the lakefront via the Flood Authority-East. And it was done behind closed doors. I could not provide input prior to this decision. I've been complaining about this for months! And now this:
