The team looks a shell of what it has been up to this season. There are some mitigating circumstances, namely injuries, but we all remember times where previous managers have still been more than competitive with weakened squads.

Fair to say that any other top team having had the season we’ve had would have no qualms about changing manager. If there is any aspiration left to remain a top team, we need to act like it. Slot had credit in the bank from last year, but has firmly burnt through that imo.
