Have tried on multiple browsers / devices. Even BA on phone had same error and said it would be fixed.
@British_Airways been trying to book a holiday and spend my money with you since yesterday but keep getting a system error! Telephone support said issue should have been sorted yesterday but no luck. Have missed out on your sale as a result. Will this be fixed?
To add this issue only comes about when I try to book with a child and infant. If I try to book as just 2 adults I can do it. Telephone couldn’t take my booking either as they couldn’t do it on their system.
I’ve booked a flight & car which I need to reschedule/get voucher but told this is a “holiday” and not eligible. If I had booked just flight apparently I would be. I accept car booking may be non refundable but how can flight portion not follow same as flight only bookings?
@British_Airways At an absolute loss as to how I can contact you. Need to speak on phone have tried over 3 days and any time I get through to someone after super long wait times the other end hangs up on me!! I’ve tried live chat but no luck. Please can I speak with someone??

@drhughbyrne@wandbc Wtf is appropriate for midnight drilling. This was a question directed at the council, which is not unreasonable. Just because it wasn’t in their scope in the end, doesn’t mean frustration can’t be expressed!!!
@plusnethelp are you having issues in the SW15 area of London? Have tried everything to get internet working all morning but not working. Trying to get through to tel support but stuck on hold.
@NuffieldHealth not impressed with covid meausures at southside. Had to ask staff to refill 2 anti-bac wipe pods this morning (7am). Have been a 5/6 times staff are not sanitising machines. No signs on machines asking ppl to wipe down so some aren’t. You need to do a lot more
@British_Airways I managed to get through to someone finally who sorted this out ... after 1 hour 40 mins on hold!! It’s frustrating you tell people to not call and to go online and the tools are just not there..
@British_Airways our flight back from Larnaca (BA2673) has been cancelled but I can’t change or cancel the booking online.. and can’t get through on the phone!! How can I get booked onto another flight??
