Emotional news of breakthrough in Alzheimer’s treatment. Watched my gran die of dementia & am currently nursing my mother through final stages. This treatment comes too late for them. But hopefully it will protect people in near future from this tortuous experience. #Grateful

Sending gratitude and fortitude to all the civil society organisations representing our most desperate communities at #COP27
Climate chaos, poverty and societal fragmentation are all part of one horrific systemic crisis. This is the knife edge. Platitudes will not cut it any more

Wonderful to see a #Lynx up close today. Such an extraordinary creature that was once ordinary here in the UK. With proper compensation for farmers, these beautiful introverted ambush predators could once again melt back into countryside to rebalance & restore our ecosystems.

On a busy train & a woman has had a coughing fit & someone has offered her peppermints & the son of the coughing woman has poured the peppermint woman a cup of masala chai & now everyone is discussing an upcoming wedding & this is a far kinder Britain than we are led to believe.
