@jet2tweets@Beast_Bet It was LS1222 - our son was bumped! What compensation will be available? Thankfully we're here for another night and he could come back to our villa - but it's meant extra taxis etc. Fingers firmly crossed tomorrow's flight is better - as there are 5 of us booked on that one!

@LloydsBank Whilst waiting on hold on the phone I've managed to set up a new payee via the app - now need to wait an hour to pay them - but it feels like progress!
@LloydsBank@Jobbo73 I came on here to see if anyone else was having issues (rather than get a generic 'there's nothing wrong with our systems but we will look into it' response!!) Will report via all channels now in the hope someone might be able to help............
@LloydsBank Hi Colin. After it hadn't worked on the desktop site a couple of times I tried the app instead - and that's not working either. It's setting the payee up that's the issue, I haven't got as far as making the payment. All v frustrating!
