“Manager” Marvin promised to escalate me to another manager, then left me on hold for +30 minutes until I had to hang up. That’s not an escalation Marvin, that’s hoping I go away. @ATTHelp @ATT is this how you treat customers and promise ‘to make it right’? #ATTFail

[Libby Sterba @LibbySterba]

@ATTHelp @ATT lied 3x to sell me Internet Air, then canceled my DSL WITHOUT my consent-after promising they never would. Won’t reinstate it, offered nothing. 1 hr on the phone, 25 min on hold and counting waiting for mgr. #ATTFail ‘we’ll make it right’ another lie?

TGLC SHIRTS ARE HERE!! Please select athlete Max Sterba on your order https://t.co/8MT0IsYvbO

[Libby Sterba @LibbySterba]

@jetblue now wants to charge me $25 to talk to a person because I’m not using the chat, however person on the chat disconnected me. Such poor service

[Libby Sterba @LibbySterba]

@JetBlue you can do better. Canceled both my flights and now missing Christmas (not your fault) refusing to refund to my original form of payment and disconnecting me on your chat

[Libby Sterba @LibbySterba]

@InsideCheer is there a TEAMiC application process for this season?
