@CombatSportPhys@AdamMeakins I self-audit all my investigations where I keep a spreadsheet of which test it was, my suspicion at the time and the actual findings. Begs the question though.. if I get it right, what was the point in scanning? If I get it wrong, are my Ax skills poor?
Kids spend an entire childhood figuring out how to run jump and land only to hit puberty and have "performance training" doing robotic speed drills and jump and stick progressions...we need more creativity to prepare for the chaos of sport. #weneedmorecreativity
The Tantrum - I've been dishing this out lately for both ACLR & hamstring strain pts during mid-stage rehab to improve strength & capacity to assist running plan.

Attended an #AHPDay event to raise the profile of AHPs in the health sector. Not a single Dr or nurse seen, just other AHPs. Instead of wasting time/money on this why aren’t we campaigning for real AHP issues, such as staffing and autonomy? #AHPsIntoAction
Patient presents with 1/52 of LBP and leg pain following dancing in night club. Hurts on sneeze, pain reproduced in flex/right side flex (and those movs combined). I guess one could reason this pain is DISCOgenic....
