@coolgirl151999 . Dreadful service Expert doctors PCR test. Donβt use them. Still waiting fir the test yet paid fir it 12 days ago. No sign of test. Money paid. My Advise is despite Gov. Uk listing them for you not to use them.
My colleague ordered 2 day PCR test from Expert Doctors of Bradford on Monday. They promise 24hr tracked delivery. He returned to uk on Tuesday but PCR kit delayed till tomorrow. Colleague has had to self isolate. Post Saturday, receive Monday, result 24 hours = 7 days not 2
@DonaldClark Agree!!Sad thing is a medical doctor is the director and reaching out to someone you expect to be trustworthy, no response. Still waiting for results after sending so many emails to even receive the tests. NHStestandtrace should also look into this company.#untrustworthy
@WillyGilder @SandraJCoulter Good point to an extent. Let us look at our neighbouring healthcare systems. Where the ones taking the calls are medically trained,not GP,but can triage and also give advice. Result?what comes to GP is not delayed and rightly triaged to the right HCP. Is that an option?#TeamGP
