Bro, that man stole 210 trillion.
Not million. Not billion. Trillion😭
Not 1 trillion. Not 10 trillion. Not even 100 trillion.
210 trillion!
There is hardly any sector of Nigeria’s economy you could invest that kind of money in and not see massive, transformative change. Education, healthcare, power, infrastructure, agriculture, every single sector would feel the impact like mad.
Yet person papa embezzled that amount only am.
The craziest part is that no individual could ever reasonably spend that kind of money in a lifetime. It’s wealth beyond comprehension, while millions of us average Nigerians struggle daily to afford basic necessities.
God will punish all of you.
Every single one of you.
THE GOLD In Zamfara State Is So Enormous. Many Nigerians Don’t Even Know About The Vast Mineral Resources In This State. Some Even Argue That Zamfara Is One Of The Richest States In Nigeria. I finally understand what Machiavelli meant when he said, “Never play fair in a game where others cheat.” It doesn’t mean become evil. It means stop being naive. Stop bringing honesty to people who study manipulation, stop giving access to people who weaponize closeness, and stop expecting clean hands from people who already showed you they’ll throw dirt. Sometimes wisdom is not revenge. Sometimes wisdom is learning the rules of the room before the room uses your goodness against you.
I like her!
A British woman yells at a Muslim: “Fuck off already! I’m sick of you! All of you, take your wives and kids and go back to your Islamic countries! Got it!!”
No more politeness. No more pretending. The people are done with the invasion.
Go home. All of you.
Gov. Oyebanji Disburses N2 Billion Gratuity Cheques to Retirees
......Says N84 Billion Has Been Paid in Gratuities and Pensions Since 2022
Ekiti State Governor, Mr Biodun Oyebanji, on Thursday disbursed another N2 billion gratuity cheques to retired workers, bidding farewell to days when retirees suffered unwarranted neglect due to lacklustre responses to the payments of their benefits.
The Governor said the gratuity payment covers 2017 for state workers and 2014 for their local government counterparts, assuring that his administration will continually treat and accord their welfare a topmost priority as elderstatesmen, who deserve care and attention.
Distributing the cheques to the beneficiaries, Governor Oyebanji, represented by the Deputy Governor, Chief (Mrs) Monisade Afuye, praised the pensioners for their solid backing for his administration, promising not to relent in ensuring speedy treatment of matters connected to their welfare and wellbeing.
He appreciated the retirees for their contributions to Ekiti during their active years in the service, saying history and posterity will continue to be kind to them as lovers of the state, who worked hard for its development in all spheres.
Gov. Oyebanji, who urged workers to massively troop out and vote for him in the June 20 governorship election, revealed that his government, had expended a whopping sum of N19 billion for payment of gratuities since 2022, while N65.3 billion was spent to offset arrears of monthly pensions and to pay up to date.
In a manner underscoring his fidelity to promise, Gov. Oyebanji stated that his government expended a sum of N3.8 billion to defray pension arrears covering July to September 2018 owed by the previous administrations.
“When I came on board, I promised to prioritise your welfare. As of today, the government has regularly been reducing the gratuities’ backlog. A total sum of N7.3b has been paid to local government pensioners , while the sum of N11.7b has been paid to state pensioners, making a total amount of N19 billion on gratuities.
“Since inception, monthly pensions have been paid regularly without delay. We do not owe any arrears. We have paid a sum of N31.7b to local government pensioners and N33.6b to state pensioners , totalling N65.3b for monthly pensions.
“I know that if we return, I will do better for you. I am not going to betray you. On election day, troop out and vote for us to realise this second term ambition, so that all these good incentives you are enjoying can continue.
Before, there were those that were receiving N1,000 as monthly pensions. But this government effected a Consequential Adjustment on the N70,000 Minimum Wage. Today, the least paid pensioner receives a sum of N20,000 monthly. Between May 2024 and November 2024, a sum of N1.3b was spent on provision of palliatives for pensioners to reduce economic pressures on them”.
As part of post retirement comfort for pensioners, Gov. Oyebanji added that his government has taken more effective actions to streamline the Contributory Pension Scheme, by committing a sum of N2.16 billion for about 16,000 workers across Ministries, Departments and Agencies in the scheme.
Eulogising the governor for championing pro-retiree policies that are resetting the land, the Special Advisor to the Governor on Pension Matters, Mr. Pius Owolabi, urged his members to vote massively for the governor in the June 20 poll to appreciate him for his love and compassion.
“The labour leaders have promised over 300,000 votes, the pensioners who are elites and community leaders should use their contacts to mobilise more votes for the governor. It is not about your votes alone, try and mobilise others, so that these things we are enjoying can continue when Governor Oyebanji gets a second term. There is no deceit, let us fulfil this commitment”.
The main reason some of you are so desperate to know the identity of Alex Ekubo’s wife is so you can monitor her every move not because you care about her.
You want to know if she’s grieving “enough” by your standards. You want to keep tabs on what she posts, what she wears, where she goes, and who she’s seen with. Then, the moment she starts trying to live her life again, some of you will be the first to drag her and come up with the most bizarre takes imaginable.
These days, everything is content, everything is gist, and everyone feels entitled to an opinion about things that have absolutely nothing to do with them. Nothing is allowed to be personal anymore. Nothing is sacred.
Sometimes the kindest thing you can do is respect people’s boundaries.
Why would any decent Nigerian want to enter public service?
See the way Peter Obi is being torn apart like he is the one squandering their money🤦🏾♀️
Are we ok?

🚨HOLY CRAP: The Al-Shabaab Islamic terrorist group just put out a statement BACKING the Somali referee who was denied entree into the U.S.— they then slam the Trump admin and call on Somalis to “expel the invaders.”

The State has one purpose: to enforce the Law. The purpose of the Law is to organize for the collective defense of private property (the most essential form of which is your body, your physical safety).
We give the State the monopoly on legal violence so they may use violence to protect us and our property from plunderers and invaders who seek to harm our bodies and steal our property.
When the State fails to enforce the Law, fails to use violence against plunderers and invaders, that is a Failed State.
When you live in a Failed State, where the State abdicates its duty to enforce the Law and defend its citizens, ordinary men are forced to enforce the Law themselves. Ordinary men are forced to use violence against violent plunderers.
Ordinary men do not want to use violence; they are not violent men. They are simply men who want to protect their families, their property, and their country from the real violent men who seek to destroy everything they love and hold dear.
The UK is a Failed State. It seems ordinary men in Belfast have finally had enough.
