BREAKING: Bill C-22 – and the Canada Disability Benefit – just passed in Senate!! But the fight isn't over until the CDB is in the bank accounts of those who need it most. #EndDisabilityPoverty#C22 https://t.co/vQfUdN4aZc
In a historic moment for the disability community, Bill C-22 – and the Canada Disability Benefit – just passed in Senate for the final time. 🙌 #BillC22#EndDisabilityPoverty
From 2012/15, I served as MLA for #medhat in the Wildrose and PC caucus’s. The #UCP under Danielle Smith & her colleagues have replaced long standing conservative values & principles w/extreme ideology & radical policies. I am #lendingmyvote to David Shepherd & the #NDP#abvote
We will all see a sharp increase in cancer, dementia, vascular & and lung diseases as our cumulative exposure to high levels of air pollution increase. Concomitant decreases in physical activity will amplify the problem.
But please, tell me about killing the economy again.
Looks like @abdaniellesmith is trying to get you to put COVID in the Rear View Mirror. Data has not been published this week. I guess they just do not want anymore bad news like last week. As of May 1/23 314 people had died of COVID.

Well, so after multiple emails and DM’s I’m going to attempt to answer my own (rhetorical) question. Why aren’t physicians coming to Alberta to train as family physicians? A short thread. /1
Rachel Notley has held the leadership position of the Alberta NDP, since October 2014.
She received 70 per cent of the 3,589 votes cast in the first ballot, easily defeating her competitors for the leadership of the party.
In 2014, Notley said “Let's leave the parties of the past behind," she continued. "This time, let's not forget history. Let's not repeat history. Let's make history."
Those words continue to be important in 2023. Albertans now need to remember how healthcare, education, and many social services suffered through the pandemic, as a result of UCP cuts. Albertans also need to remember how the UCP secretly stopped indexing income taxes, as a way to collect money, without admitting any taxation.
Now, under Danielle Smith, Alberta has a leader who has vocalized her objections to pandemic restrictions that were imposed as an attempt to prevent further deaths and infection from the virus.
Instead of having a leader that respects laws created by her own party, Alberta has a Premier that has vocalized an interest in dismissing charges of pastors and individuals who were charged with breaking pandemic laws and who openly supported individuals that lead the truck convoys.
In the nine years that Rachel Notley has led the Alberta NDP, she has consistently supported public healthcare and public education. Unlike, Danielle Smith, Rachel Notley has never proposed private healthcare. Notley’s campaign ideas have been consistent and unlike Smith, she hasn’t had to throw out her original ideas nor has she had to threaten to sue media outlets nor people that exposed her.
It’s time for Albertans to recognize that the best leader to win the 2023 provincial election is Rachel Notley.

@humanworkplace Get them to sign a nondisclosure agreement before you present it. Seems like overreach to me, IMO they are either control, freaks or micromanagers.
BREAKING: The SEC has just charged the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and its Investment Management Company for failing to disclose $32 BILLION in assets & creating thirteen shell companies to hide those assets.
Thank you SEC for holding these people accountable!

I'm looking to speak with an Albertan living with a gambling addiction to hear their thoughts on the inundation of gambling advertisements during playoff hockey games.

Don't like explosive diarrhea?
It's a major unpleasant "inconvenience", isn't it.
Then you might want to put your mask back on!
Because that's one of the major symptoms with BA2 which is circulating in Ontario right now.
