Lifeboat visits @RamsgateRNLI on her south coast tour. This iconic Channel island lifesaver - will be staying in the inner harbour for the next week or so, before she moves onto @RNLIEastbourne @RNLI @Kent_Online @bbcsoutheast @KM_newsroom @VisitThanet

First leg completed this weekend ( Heybridge to Burnham) as we move ‘Sir Willie’ south to be part of the @RNLI flotilla on 19th May. Very lucky to have been able to assist @BurnhamRNLI today with some training.
We’ll be stopping off at different marinas over coming weeks

Arnold lifeboat to Ramsgate for the Easter weekend - as we make our way south. We plan to arrive on the 30th March - (time tbc) and we’ll open for visitors and guided tours over the Easter weekend. We depart 2nd April.

Today I attended the launch of the @MetTaskforce @MPSonthewater new launch named after a much respected friend and colleague - Tim Ruprecht. He died following a battle against @ProstateUK cancer and would want me to remind men to have your checks. My Dad would say the same.
