Lifewords is a Christian charity working to help everyone, everywhere experience the Bible's life words as good news for their lives and for the world.
Since 1888, Lifewords has been helping people all over the world encounter the Bible in ways that bring hope, dignity and transformation.
Today, that work is at risk.

This Small Charity Week, we're celebrating the important impact that small charities make.
As a small charity, every donation matters. A gift of any size enables us to reach more people and to continue developing projects and resources that share the Bible's life words.
Refugee Week reminds us that even in the hardest circumstances, hope matters. Finding Hope explores where hope is found when life feels overwhelming. Originally written for partners working with refugees, it is now used around the world by people facing crisis, loss and trauma.
Our Global Bible Resources team distribute Lifewords materials to almost 70 countries across the world, in over 50 languages, resourcing pastors in Chile, churches in Poland and people like Rajesh and his friends in Sweden.

#ReStart, a project set up by Dobre Dzieło in Poland, are seeking to share the good news of the Bible through talks, conversations, resources, hot meals and an array of activities.
Tomek shared: “The materials we’ve received from you are doing an incredible job."
Have you seen our newest resource? A New Rhythm explores the beatitudes of Jesus and is being used in churches, youth groups and gatherings across the UK.

This Mental Health Awareness week we want to recognise the struggle that many people face each day.
Life sucks some times and it's ok to say so.
The Bible does not shy away from this, and many have found comfort in the words spoken by others who were depressed and overwhelmed.
We've been sharing stories of hope and A Million Acts of Hope's Week of Action is here!
On the same theme, our resource Finding Hope explores where we can find hope when life is hard.
Our Portuguese Brazilian animation has received over 600,000 views!

Our emerging 'Bible and Discipleship Group' met yesterday to discuss the future of their work alongside AI.
They asked is what's needed 'a new wineskin for a new generation' while the wine — the apostolic faith — does not change?

The women... found the stone rolled away from the tomb, but... did not find the body of the Lord Jesus.... suddenly two men in clothes that gleamed like lightning.... said to them, “Why do you look for the living among the dead? He is not here; he has risen!"
- Luke 24:1-6
When they came to the place called the Skull, they crucified him there...
It was about noon, and darkness came over the land until three in the afternoon...
The temple curtain was torn in two...
Jesus said, “It is finished.” With that, he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.'
From washing feet to laying down is very own life for the world, Jesus modelled a love that breaks every boundary. On the cross, Jesus showed us what radical love looks like: forgiveness for all, even when undeserved.
