@AmitSegal The Joint List has been explicit about being willing to support an opposition government from the outside. (IE a confidence and supply arrangement)

@HanKling10@rachelbsol18 I'm Orthodox and working in Jerusalem.
A Monday-Friday wouldn't so well, but maybe Monday to half-Friday. We have both the highest hours and lowest productivity in the OECD.
Or stay with Sunday-Thursday and add the occasional Sunday off.
@HanKling10@rachelbsol18 Iโm convinced that occasional full days off (like a Sunday off every month that doesnโt have a Yom Tov) would dramatically improve the economy on from several directions.
@BochSanWaHen@AvishayOvadia The last time Bibi made a deal with the centre, he brought down the government the moment he would have had to step down from the premiership. No one in their right mind should trust him to honour any deal.
@RishonLeZiyyon@LinkofSunshine Their published policies aren't bad. I'd say they're weak on transit and housing, but pretty good on most other things.

@HilzFuld I haven't read Feiglin's full platform (when I was working on it it was a 188 page pdf only in Hebrew), but I got lost when he wants to replace the city government with HOAs.
@Rongwrong_@kylieoralobell My neighborhood in Toronto is half Jewish and half Filipino. We would walk to shul through their "Taste of Manilla" festival with a pig roast, and they would deal with our road closures during the "Walk With Israel".
It's just neighbourly tolerance and respect.
@YairZivan@BYachadEnglish@DanielLiv109 The lack of party platforms generally, and reliable information in English,.is what led me to build https://t.co/JJW5H2hxJ8
@BYachadEnglish has one of the best accessibility of any party.
@ArminRosen Have you even read what the opposition wants to do?
Their plans are coherent, largely complementary, and public.
You can see them at https://t.co/JJW5H2gZTA
@yossy770@slifkinzoorabbi Who couldn't stomach losing a few diplomats in London, and kneeled before the British and let them keep their consulate to the Palestinians open in Jerusalem?
Netanyahu, Katz, and the current coalition
@Joe6Speed@slifkinzoorabbi The current government was in power for an entire year before October 7th. And Netanyahu has been the prime minister for most of the last two decades.
It's the current government that's responsible for the disasters of the last 3 years.
My uneducated guess is that this might reduce voter turnout in the Arab sector, since there are a lot of Arab villages in the south, and they don't have the best infrastructure.
