@Primark went to your store in cabot circus, bristol yesterday. got double charged on an item by a cashier who was extremely rude. when i noticed this i went to a checkout on a different floor and the man on the checkout wasn’t even willing to help and brushed me off

sending me somewhere else. after being treated like a nuisance and being quite upset i left the store without resolving my issue and ended up paying £20 for and item which should of only been £10. appalling customer service and i wont be shopping at that branch again.
