Nevertheless the United Australia Party has made a submission to the Senate Inquiry (which itself will be a whitewash) into what the appropriate terms of reference for a COVID-19 Royal Commission should be.

The terms of reference for a COVID-19 Royal Commission must be drafted to be far reaching and all- encompassing for matters related to Sars-Cov2 and the way in which Governments managed the ensuing Covid-19 pandemic.

Without limiting the scope of a Royal Commission in anyway, the following issues should be specifically encompassed within broad terms of refence for a COVID-19 Royal Commission.

 1. How were the Covid vaccines ever approved when Pfizer’s own trial found more deaths in the vaccinated group compared to the placebo group?

 2. How many Australians died from the AstraZeneca vaccine due Australian health bureaucrats ignoring the warnings from Europe and delaying the suspension of AstraZeneca from use in Australia?

 3. To what extent are the experiment Covid injections responsible for the unprecedented excess deaths rates in Australia and other highly vaccinated nations?

4. Why was the Australian Human Rights Commission silent when Australia was violating international Human Rights treaties by using coercion and threats of discrimination by mandating the Covid-19 vaccines?

5. What has happened to the fraudulent Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) study that was retracted by the Lancet due to falsified data - has there been a formal investigation in this fraud?

 6. Why and how did Oxford’s RECOVERY trial into HCQ give sick Covid-19 patients toxic overdoses of HCQ?

 7. Why did all the HCQ/Covid-19 studies financed by Big Pharma fail to combine the HCQ with Zinc & Azithromycin as was being recommended and successfully used by doctors from around the world?

 8. Given the largest peer-reviewed study into HCQ demonstrated a 71% reduction in the risk of death if covid patients were given HCQ + Azithromycin early in this illness, how many Australians died unnecessary from covid if this treatment had not been banned or demonised?

 9. A full review of Government action taken in relation to the donation, handling and/or disposal of approximately 33 million doses of HCQ sourced and donated by Mr Clive Palmer and the Palmer Foundation to the Australian people and the ill-fated decision made by the Government not to distribute this medicine. The reasons for not utilising this precious resource at the time must be disclosed to the Australian people in addition to the status of the donated medication.

 10. Did the Andrews’ government in Victoria violate human rights by opening fire on unarmed peaceful protestors with rubber bullets?

 11. What are the protocols for state police forces to authorise that Australians can be shot at by police with rubber bullets?

 12. Is it a violation of the Constitution for unelected bureaucrats to attempt to censors the social media posts of elected members of Parliament?

 13. Who gave the instructions to both the Department of Health and the Department of Home Affairs to censor elected members of Parliament for questioning the Government narrative?

 14. Do foreign Big Tech social media giants now have supremacy over the Australian Parliament, given that former Speaker of the House ruled that it's acceptable for You Tube to censor the proceedings of the Australian Parliament?

 15. On what evidence did the Department of Health rely upon to ban Ivermectin and HCQ?

 16. Why the National Covid Evidence Taskforce ignore the majority of the studies into HCQ and
Ivermectin?

 17. On what evidence did the TGA approve Remdesivir for use on Covid patients?

 18. How many Australians died after being administered in Remdesivir in Australian hospitals?

 19. Why did the National Covid Evidence Taskforce only recommend Remdesivir for unvaccinated patients?

20. How much money did the Government pay to “celebrities” to mislead the public by stating that the Covid vaccines were “safe and effective” - when there was no zero, medium term or long- term safety data?

