The Diaspora has 3-4 million Zimbabwean Citizens almost 30% of the population. Additionally Diaspora contributes nearly $3Billion worth of Remittances that is nearly 16% of total FX receipts !!

Yet there have been totally ignored . No public hearing has been undertaken for the diaspora. This further renders the whole public consultation process illegitimate and invalid !!!
