@Qantas a bunch of the marketing emails you guys send to promote ancillary services (cash, travel, etc) have a broken unsubscribe link. Pretty sure that contravenes ACMA regs. I don’t want your spam please fix it.

@yarratrams route 48 tram just flew straight past Coppin street stop citybound. Bad enough that you don’t run enough services during peak but I won’t put up with you skipping stops to meet performance KPIs. Unacceptable. Tram # 300

@yarratrams am currently on a route 48 tram #3031. Driver is accelerating and braking extremely aggressively and just came out and yelled at passengers for “preventing the door closing” when they were standing a good metre away from it. Unacceptable behaviour, quite threatening.
