@BoseService Thank you for that, I have DM’d you, I just want to be sure that my In Process status is correct as opposed to what I was hearing From customer support on the phone, as it was showing as only Open to them, Amex cannot extend the pre-approval and that ends on the Friday etc

@BoseService I ordered a pair of A20’s from you on July 21st AMEX will cancel pre-approved payments after 10 days, I still haven’t been charged? I ordered when it said low stock, my order says ‘In process’ but on the phone they said it’s ‘open’? What are the shipping statuses?
