@singhcredible Do you have a goal for miles actually running? I’m sure the goal is 100 but crazy to me that people can run that long. My knees and hips are screaming after 15. Good luck!

@espn Man, I don’t know. I’ve dealt with it from running many miles. But inserts and stretching usually fix it. Never seen an athlete suffer from that and not know how to prevent it.
