@lovesnowmen@FitbitSupport They pushed out an update that broke the Versa 2 and made the screen not work. They refuse to fix it and will tell you to purchase a new device. They are the ones who broke the device, very poor business.
@FitbitSupport Thanks but a discount is not helpful when Fitbit is the one who damaged the device. It's not defective or damaged in any other way. Fitbit pushed an update that damaged it. It's sad ๐ข๐ข
@FitbitSupport a recent update bricked my wife's Versa, the screen no longer responds to any inputs. Chat support had no resolution then closed the chat. I think it's unethical to damage a device through an update and then ignore customers.
@FitbitSupport Thanks I sent you the info. She was just offered a discount on a new device, but why would she spend more money with Fitbit when they are the ones who damaged her device? The device worked fine before Fitbit pushed the update.
@RobbieMagill @FitbitUK I'd recommend you don't buy your wife a Versa. My wife has one and Fitbit recently pushed out an update that bricked it. They offer no resolution. A company that purposefully bricks devices doesn't deserve your purchase. Search for 'versa bricked' it's a widespread problem.
@MykalJ87 @TimbersFC@espn I genuinely believe this is why soccer isn't growing. It's impossible for fans to watch the matches. Even if you pay for all the services. Sad. Other sports aren't this way.
@Life360 I appreciate the update! It's crazy how many services are impacted by the AWS outage. Hopefully people understand that infrastructure issues like AWS outages are beyond your control.
@k1speed Are you still in business? We've been trying to book a party at the Hillsboro location and haven't been able to get a hold of anyone via phone, email, website, nothing. We've called repeatedly for a few weeks now with zero response. Should we give up?
@cool_cornelius @DistressedPickL @waltb31 @Mikel_Jollett What's interesting to me is, why didn't the prosecutor submit testimony or other evidence that Kyle raised his rifle (other than the blurry video)? He was surrounded by people, someone could testify and it would be clear. The absence of that piece of evidence is very interesting
@JeremiahRubin @TheRyanCole @nytimes In the first incident the prosecution argued that he raised his rifle first, thus provoking the chase. If that's true, self defense doesn't apply. The problem is, the video is so blurry it's not clear if he raises his rifle or not. IMO the prosecution didn't prove that he did.
@cool_cornelius @DistressedPickL @waltb31 @Mikel_Jollett IMO this is what this case comes down to. If Kyle raised his rifle at Rosenbaum before he gave chase, then he provoked the whole thing and it's not self defense. I wish there was better video of when he put down the fire extinguisher. The video shown in court isn't conclusive.
