@BBCRadioLincs @lincolncouncil No one wants to see homeless people criminalised. Would the cost of arrest and prosecution be higher than long term mental health treatment, or a period in rehab; besides some people don't want to be fixed, and thats their freedom of choice. Let them have that.

@HmInsanekitten @joelmurray In the grand scheme of things, making a durable sign so that people take note does far better for the environment than not mentioning anything. Spreading the word most likely outweighs this 'lamination crime'. -Its one sign, and they aren't perfect, but they are trying.
