Wow@TalkTalk you've excelled yourself.A complaints manager tells me I'm eligible for auto compo. 6 weeks later I hear nowt.Query through chat line and told that total loss of phone service is'nt eligible...website says different..you offer me 30% of stated compo..shame on you

@TalkTalk incapable of providing a service. Phoneline's been intermittently down for months & months. You excitedly tell me it's fixed & it's not. You make me spend hours chatting to 'agents' & get nowhere. You don't reply to complaints-even CEO can't be bothered to reply. Shame

@British_Airways .. yet again BA have cancelled my flight...no notification..found out whilst going through security. Now you've booked me on a flight tomorrow......this is the worst service ever. My time and custom is obviously not important to you. Explain yourselves!
