@LindseyParryZA @runningmann100 Definitely! Especially the Elite’s / above average runners are able to go out at a fast pace and when things get difficult push through and keep their pace. I tend to bomb if I am not conservative.

@runningmann100 Here is the chart I used if you are interested. Based on the Barry Holland breakdown as I find larger segments easier to pace. Will adjust part 2 and 3 for next year. We were about 1 min behind halfway.
