@gopuff Absolutely disgusted at how my mum has been treated by this company over missing items from her shop…..10 not cheap items to be exact! Basically been called a liar when she got in touch to let them know and was told they won’t be doing anything to rectify this!!

@gopuff She’s gone through the help and support and she’s still getting told the items where packed and delivered and their will be no replacement or refund (she doesn’t want a refund she wants missing items delivered as she is severely disabled and can’t get out to the shops herself)

@InPostUK sick to death of loosing parcels I’ve paid for due to broken lockers but even worse, when your drivers decide to collect them early before the times up!!!

@OddboxLDN I personally wouldn’t order again. I paid for my 1st order, it never arrived. I emailed to see what was happening over it and never got a reply. Awful customer service

@AldiUK nothing worse than when your poorly daughter finally feels like eating, wants a bacon butty, opened a fresh pack of @AldiUK bacon only to find it green and stinking when it’s best before date is 17th August!!! 🤨
