@vroomcars My Tesla was picked up May 20th, it’s been 18 days and no refund whatsoever. Even @Chase cannot reach vroom on paying off my loan. No deposit back, no down payment back and no one picks up at the buy back line. Avoid vroom! They steal cars apparently. 🤷🏻‍♀️
