@EMDSerono Profits might have increased by removing upper mgmt but there is constant, high turnover among staff, snarling projects and causing contract issues. Heard a lot about it at a recent event with ex-employees of that company.
@EMDSerono Yes. Because all of the C-suite women left a friend’s workplace after a change in ownership. Their so called ‘soft skills’ were no longer valued. Morale has taken a dive, staff are leaving, open complaints of missing the organization and EQ brought by the women.
@arghavan_salles Only offered ibuprofen for my IUD exchange today….which was extra awful because the old one was up far enough they had to poke around for it, and the new one didn’t go in properly the first time. First time I ever asked for a nurse to hold my hand
@SophieCarrPhoto @brettbcarr Agreed, it’s a scary experience. Helicopter pilot is the one breaking the rules here, but that’s such cold comfort when the drone pilots can probable “see” better
@diannaeanderson Sometimes at events you can make arrangements to take home centerpieces if you give a donation, or they may know an organizer who gave them the OK as it will be tossed after. I’ve seen both happen!
@SophieCarrPhoto I recognize him! That same helicopter was flying sub 120m over the crater during last year’s eruption and UNDER @brettbcarr ‘s drone. Scary situation! Ofc, us drone pilots got yelled even tho we programmed to 120m ceiling and the legal heli basement was ~300m, heli at fault here
@ZJAyres I heard that one, too. Never mind that I was keeping quiet to prevent another person from being harmed. Didn’t want to report until she was safe
